When designers and technology meet, this craft becomes absolutely unique. Lasvit, established in 2007, focuses on the production and installation of designer lights, architectural glass elements and glass art objects. Lasvit has been steadily winning recognition or its collaboration with leading designers thank to its creative director Maxim Velčovský and last year was no exception. Visitors to Milan Design Week got to admire their wonderful set of Moulds lights designed for Lasvit by the Jan Plecháč & Henry Wielgus Studio, architect Daniel Libeskind's lighting sculpture and Maarten Baas' historicising Pop chandelier.
