The person behind the project of the HNST.LY shop, opened in September 2016, is the photographer and blogger Bára Perglová. If asked why she decided to launch the boutique, the reply would be because of her passion for beautiful things, and also for the stories that underlie their origination. The Academy mainly acknowledged the concept of the offered assortment, which presents Bára's own curatorship of a range of accessories, selected with the utmost care. Even though the shop offers products by a very wide range of local and foreign designers and manufacturers, the resulting impression is immensely aesthetically compact. As far as the character of use of the particular accessories is concerned, the HNST.LY shop, however, does not limit itself in any specific way. The range thus includes not only tableware and kitchen accessories, but also purely natural cosmetics and refined essential scents. In short, practical objects for every day, with their timeless charm based on hours of conscientious work. The minimalist interior is the work of the young architectural duo, Lenka Juchelková and Vojtěch Malina, who also personally designed and realized the movables and lighting. "The overall design of the interior is derived from the very concept of HNST.LY, it is simplicity, authentic materials, solid craftsmanship and high aesthetic value,” Bára Perglová explains.
